WHY SUBSCRIBE TO SOLAR-H.COM?

Get the magazine before it hits the newsstands and pay less than the cover price, by subscribing for either six months or one year.

CAN I USE THIS VOUCHER FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Possibly. We accept several types of vouchers, including online vouchers to pay for a subscription. Please email us for more information.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY SUBSCRIPTION NUMBER?

This is the six digit number that appears on all your correspondence. It is also on any email that we send you. You should quote it in regards to any communications that we have with you.

If you cannot find it, don’t worry, our operatives will be able to take some details from you and find it out.

WHEN WILL MY FREE GIFT COME?

If you have been offered a free gift with your subscription, it should arrive no later than thirty days after the subscription begins. If it has still not arrived in that time, please contact our subscriptions manager for more information.

CAN I PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, of course. You can make a subscription out for someone else as a gift at any time.

WILL THE GIFT GO TO THE PERSON I HAVE BOUGHT THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR?

No, any gift due with the subscription of our magazine will always go to the person who paid for the subscription. However, you can opt to send the gift on to them if you choose – or keep it if that is what you wish!

I AM MOVING ABROAD – WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUE?

Yes, if you notify us of your change of address. You may be required to pay extra for the duration of your subscription to cover the costs of an international subscription though. Moving abroad is no barrier to being able to receive our magazine in a timely fashion!

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, if you pay by direct debit. We will keep sending you magazines until the end of your billing cycle.

However, if you have paid by postal order or check, for a whole calendar year we cannot refund part payments.

MY MAGAZINE HAS NOT ARRIVED – WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact our sales and distribution team in the event that your magazine is more than four days late. They will ensure another one is sent out to you immediately.
